Jasper Place ARP – Open House & Transit Survey

June 10 Open House

We have now completed the first draft of the Jasper Place Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) and look forward to sharing it with you!

We are holding an open house on June 10 to present the draft ARP.  Join us to learn about the policies proposed in the ARP, ask questions and to share your thoughts.

The Open House will be held June 10 from 6-8pm at the West End Christian Reformed Church, 10015 149 Street. If you aren’t able to join us then, there will be more opportunities to review and provide your input on the draft. Visit our website for more information.

Transit Centre Design Survey

The intersection of 156 Street and Stony Plain Road is at the heart of the four Jasper Place neighbourhoods, and a key corner along the Stony Plain Road commercial corridor.

Council’s approved LRT alignment for the Valley Line offers an opportunity to integrate the existing Jasper Place bus transit centre with the new station at 156 Street and Stony Plain Road.

Let us know what you think about different options the City is exploring for this transit hub by filling out our online survey.

Jasper Place Housing and Families Quiz

Are you curious to learn about who lives where in Jasper Place?  Take the Jasper Place Housing and Families Quiz to test your knowledge and learn about household composition and housing types in the Jasper Place neighbourhoods.

Next Steps

There will be more opportunities for community members to provide feedback on the draft ARP before it is presented to Council for a decision – be sure to stay in touch to find out about upcoming events!

Stay in touch!

We’d love to hear from you; please feel free to share your ideas with us by phone or email at any point. Thanks for getting involved.
