TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES OPEN HOUSE

Why is this important to you? The city’s plan is to increase the density of housing within
communities along the LRT line (along 156 Street in Glenwood). The proposed TOD
Guidelines have been drafted to guide commercial and multi-unit housing (duplex, row-
housing, and apartment housing) developments within 400m-800m of proposed LRT
station locations.

On May 17th, the City of Edmonton will be holding an open house and information

session for westend residents. A short presentation will be given at 7pm and members of
the project team will be available to answer questions
